One of my goals for 2019 is to practice better self-care. Sometimes I get lost in the world of “mommyhood” – I’m sure many moms can relate! I’m constantly taking care of others and neglecting myself. A “mom bun” and black leggings is my typical uniform each day. However, I’ve realized it’s important to do the things that make me feel good once in awhile.
